The building is now completed and was handed over to the partners on 7th April and if all goes smoothly with IT installations, we hope to be open for patients from 27th April,

online services
Our patient record system is now internet based and the software is in place to enable on-line ordering of repeat prescriptions and booking and cancelling of appointments.
The system is available via a link on the on-line services page.
Online requests for REPEAT prescription items can now be accepted and a limited number of appointments are available for online booking. Ask at reception for your personal login.

new check in system
To reduce queues at the desk and free up a receptionist to deal with enquiries and bookings, we have installed a 'Touch Screen' check in system.
Simply go to the screen to the right of the stairs and choose a few simple options to register your arrival.
If you are unsure what to do the first time, any member of staff will be willing to help you - just ask.
The system will also be in place at Gresleydale.
