You may only request those items which are on your repeat list. If your medication review is overdue you may need to see a doctor before your medication is issued.

Please add a note if you wish to collect your prescription from Prestwood House.

You can also book and cancel appointments online.

Please be aware that only a limited number of doctor appointments are available for on-line booking

We do not accept on-line registrations. If you wish to register with the surgery please contact reception.
